How to install:

1. Copy NAVIGON folder to your SD card
2. Use one of the below configuration according to your device resolution:

Important Notes Please Read

HTML Code:
The start up screen is too small, it only comes up during the start up process for a few seconds, and then all menu items are correctly proportioned! 
The complete package includes the pure software, TTS voices as well as additional German voices for the navigation and the new Q1 2009 Europe maps. 
The complete package is SDReady; there is no installation. 
You need new Q1 2009 maps for the final build 787.
Rotate screen to 270 ° before you start Navigation
If your SD card in Windows Mobile does not called "Storage Card", then the file paths in the "ApplicationSettingsPathes.xml" in the "Settings" folder must be modified and also NavLoader.cfg. 
Font files must be installed as well; otherwise you may see some date like this "...". 
If you are not using Touch HD or Diamond, then you'll have to set the GPS Contact parameters manually at "UserSettings.xml" in the "Settings" folder according to your hardware. Only the two following entries must be modified: 
<GPSPort> 4 </ GPSPort> 
<Baudrate> 4800 </ Baudrate>
3. Run MobileNavigator.exe

If your software opens up in German, simply download this and replace the sounds and language files folder. It will then open up in English

Will any of these fit 472x240 resolution? Also, does keyboard work in this build? Before, the keys were inaccessible.

I've just checked the container, there isn't any problem:

Default Put on SD card and tried to load on Dell Axim X50v
No go. I'm running Windows Mobile 6.1 and the install won't run at all. Any thoughts?

+1 wm6.1 as well looks like it starts but after asking about allowing unknown apps it restarts the pda..

What is exactly your make and model of PDA? MN 7.4 has a build inside keyboard
I have a 7200T Navigon GPS. Previous versions of 787 did not allow me to enter destination using, they keys were not clickable. 648 however, did.

Ya, it reboots my WM 6.1 as well. I put the SD card in and nothing happens. I go to File Explorer and run the autorunce file and it reboots my PDA.

You don’t need installation just copy Navigon folder to your SD card replace fix for it and run MobileNavigator.exe
