Thanks for the post. Do you happen to know if this is just the region update for the 3100, or is it actually the map files? The filename says "2_18_update", and the 2.18 update is available freely on Magellan's site. It does not update your map files, just adds a couple new features and more POIs.

Please let us know, for those of us who do not have RS accounts.
