I cannot get this work on Invion 4v506. Cannot find GPS signal. What's your destinator.ini settings?

Here's my GPSTMC.INI
[GPS settings]
;Serial comport parameters. Protocol 2 means NMEA, 1 - SiRF
Port = 1
BaudRate = 4800
Protocol = 2

Maybe these setting can go in DESTINATOR.INI also, I don't know.

If these settings don't work, increase the Port by one and test again and so on.

If no Port works, reset to Port=1, change the BaudRate to 9600 and re-test, etc.

You should find the right combination in about 10 minutes of testing.

Found this - it's another version of Destinator and it does have a neat look.

And, it includes a Bluetooth capability (I don't know if it works or not).

Unrar to your SD card, add maps, go.

Curiously, there is no way to add the 'Home' button to the main display - a limitation of the included Destcore.dll.

No new maps that I can find - the maps are available from GPS for Dummies for $49.99. Didn't think it was worth that for Canada/USARoads.

This version supports TTS AND with a smaller footprint than earlier Destinator versions.

I am sure Canadians will be thrilled to have some new maps. I still use Destinator a lot. The maps didn't work with my D7 version, but work great with Destinator 8.

I already am Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images. . I downloaded them all, swapped out the older Q1 2009 maps in Destinator 8 with these ones and all is up and running without any issues. Very cool and much appreciated for the share. I am still a destinator supporter and fan. With this new Canada map, I am sure many Canadians will start to convert back.

Yes does work fine i do have a c230 with it ! here is the link for the newest version 8.1.20.71
i got this one and mix with the previus one and works perfectly with US maps and Greek and Brasil.
