How to unlock PNA E610

Hi master
I just got E610 PNA running wince 5 , I would like to unlock their system to enter through window shell , by did some change to it registry ,it seem to be ok from the beginning screen flash to the window ce shell , then back to it normal start up shell again , try another unlock program ( mostly for Mio) can not work

Are there some one can give me an idea?

be very careful with unlocking the device, I have a Logic gear SL350 which is the same device, however rebranded and I tried to unlock the device, however i have now caused the device to only show the start up screen and go no further. I am now searching the web in an attempt to get a dumped rom to load onto an SD card to repair the device. I would run explorer.exe in the mobilenavigator folder and name it mobilenavigator.exe so the shell menu enters this programme.

If the device are the same , it will have resisdence flash which contain folder "mobilenavigator", in this folder also contain command string to start navigator program, did you change it also ?
Can you loading back the former program to replace explorer.exe
Do you want any thing which may i can help?

Just wanted to throw in my two cents...............

One word of warning with these wince 5 devices (includes HK gps 300/500/510 & HP ipaq 310) While many applications have been found to run properly (TCPMP for DivX playing, 3rd party GPS software, there is always a risk that you will prevent your unit from operating normally (I have already bricked one). The culprit in my case was an astro navigation programme. Bloody thing change the registry somehow and killed it. I have also heard some unlock software does the same thing.

With this version of wince 5 there is currently no way of returning it to its factory settings (the changes to the crucial registry are permanent).....so don't mess too much with it (igo8 and media seem to be fine) proceed with caution .

With wince 4.2 devices, after a hard reset the settings return to factory settings. The registry memory is kept with wince 5.0.

Well, at last i found the correct NK.bin file for my device, i use Igo8 and here is the link,

Download the files and unzip it, copy the folder to your SD card and then change the IGO.exe file to Mobilenavigator.exe.

Before you can run it you need to change the screen size to suit your device.

open the sys.txt file and change 480 to 320 and 320 to 240, this will make it fit your device, then you'll need to locate the maps, a good sit to find these is www.pda4x.com under GPS.
