Hello what is that somebody would have the version Carminat 2008-2 France ?
It's just a cd not dvd !!

The VDO Dayton BMW discs from the sticky thread should work in Carminat systems

The carminat "general" that work on bmw does not work on
system carminat informee

To be a little more specific:
Software for BMW Mk 1,2 and 3 computers will also work in Carminat Informe I systems as in VDODayton Non C-IQ equipment. and Opel CD70
The Carminat Systems were changed with delivery from March 2006 when Informe II was introduced which uses an alternative compression technique.

The above mentioned CD's also work fine in BMW High (MK4) and DVD90 equipment.
